At Atlas Golf Tour, we strive to provide the best experience for our participants. This Refund Policy outlines our terms regarding refunds for event registrations, sponsorships, and other payments made through our website.
1. Event Registration Fees

Non-Refundable Policy: All registration fees for Atlas Golf Tour Pro-Am and other events are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases such as:

Medical emergencies (with supporting documentation).

Event cancellation by Atlas Golf Tour.

Travel restrictions imposed by government authorities that prevent participation.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to atlasgolftour@gmail.com at least 30 (thirty) days before the event.
2. Event Cancellation & Postponement

If an event is canceled by Atlas Golf Tour, participants will be offered one of the following options:

A full refund of the registration fee.

A credit towards a future event.

If an event is postponed due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, venue issues), registrations will be automatically transferred to the new date. Refunds will not be provided unless the participant cannot attend the rescheduled event.
3. Sponsorships & Corporate Packages

Payments made for sponsorships and corporate packages are generally non-refundable.

If an event is canceled, sponsors will be offered alternative promotional opportunities or a partial refund, at Atlas Golf Tour’s discretion.
4. Merchandise & Other Purchases

Any merchandise or additional services purchased through our website are eligible for a refund only if they are defective or not delivered as described.

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 (five) days of receiving the item.
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 (fourteen) business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Atlas Golf Tour is not responsible for any transaction fees deducted by payment processors or banks.
6. No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend an event without prior notice are not eligible for a refund or credit.
